A timeless journey
I have had 2 excellent sound healing sessions with Juliet – one as an individual and one in a group.
Both times I have really needed to ‘just be’ as sometimes life can take over. Juliet uses an array of beautiful instruments and sounds that create a sense of harmony – it took me on a journey to a blissful place where time stood still. I have always appreciated the power of music but this holistic experience is a truly wonderful and calming journey to self.

My first sound journey with Juliet
I’ve always liked the idea of yoga and meditation, but I’ve never quite had the confidence to try them. I tend to get nervous about whether I’m doing it “right” or about having to hold awkward poses or concentrate too hard. That’s why Juliet’s sound journey turned out to be the perfect experience for me. You don’t have to do anything. Just lie back, close your eyes and let the sounds carry you.
From the moment it began, I felt completely at ease. The sounds were gentle and natural with birds calling softly above and the distant rustle of trees. Soon I found myself visualising a slow, peaceful walk through a forest. I could almost feel the ground beneath my bare feet and the cool air on my cheeks. As the soundscape shifted, it was like moving through different parts of the forest where the canopy opened to let in light and then down towards a glade with a bubbling stream.
At one point, I imagined entering a cave, hearing the delicate drip of water and picturing pools surrounded by stalagmites. The sounds seemed to shimmer and echo, and I could almost see the waves of sound flowing around me. Eventually, the journey led me back out into the forest again with frogs croaking, birds calling, everything alive and calm.
What I loved most was how continuous and seamless the composition felt. There were no sudden shocks or jarring moments, just a steady, soothing flow. When it finished, I felt clear-headed, refreshed and calm.
Amazingly, I’d just flown from London to Perth the day before with no sleep and after the sound journey I felt rejuvenated and even energised. That night I slept for 11 hours straight without waking once. It was the perfect reset for jet lag.
For a first-time experience, it couldn’t have been better. I’d definitely love to do another sound journey with Juliet again.
Profound Healing
I have had the fortune of experiencing 3 sound healings from Juliet now. I personally find it hard to meditate and ‘switch off’, but with each session I found myself going into that meditative state, witnessing all sorts of colours around me as I went on a true journey to a beautiful place. I always wake up feeling physically altered and ultimately energised in the best way!
